As an Associate in Business Governance & Strategy, you partner with business stakeholders to establish robust governance, track milestones and KPIs, and deliver clear, consistent reporting. You will create impactful business presentations and dashboards that inform senior management decisions and strengthen execution discipline. You will also manage crisis situations through a defined escalation matrix while fostering strong relationships across management and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive governance framework to track project milestones and business metrics.
• Analyze complex information and synthesize insights to support timely, high‑quality decisions.
• Create and refine executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and weekly reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Escalate issues through a clear matrix to manage risks and crisis situations effectively.
• Influence stakeholders and build strong relationships to drive adoption of governance standards and operating rhythms.
• Lead team focus areas with disciplined execution, ensuring accuracy, control, and on‑time outcomes.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• 2+ years in financial services with business knowledge of trade products and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong analytical capability with experience analyzing and synthesizing large datasets to produce actionable insights.
• High proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project; ability to develop compelling storyboards.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver accurately under tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• Working knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx for data preparation and visualization.
• Understanding of Global Trade Finance lifecycle for imports and exports and banking involvement across borders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in fast‑paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and problem‑solving rigor.
• Experience influencing management and internal stakeholders to embed governance practices and KPI discipline.
