Role & responsibilities Design and implement RPA-based automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate. Develop self-healing systems leveraging scripting languages like Python and automation tools like RPA tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency. Architect scalable automation frameworks and ensure integration with existing IT infrastructure. Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation best practices and emerging technologies. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations. Ensure to develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. Actively lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customer
