We are seeking an experienced AI/Automation Developer to join our dynamic team, where you will contribute to the successful delivery and ongoing support of automation and GenAI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong development background who is passionate about automation, AI, and collaboration with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates with experience in the latest features of Agentic Automations, AI Agents, MCP, A2A, MVP , and API Tasks.

Candidates should have practical experience working with APIs in automation, demonstrating the ability to understand and utilize API documentation effectively.

Additionally, candidates should have hands-on experience with IQ Bot or Document Automation, having built at least one learning instance and applied it in a real automation project (not just a proof of concept or learning exercise).

A basic understanding of CR administration tasks, along with experience in support and deployment, is also desirable.

Basic understanding for Gen AI.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Development Experience: About 4-8 years of hands-on experience in development of automation and AI projects. Proven experience in using Agentic Automations, AI Agents, MCP, A2A, MVP Expertise in tools development to support automation frameworks.

• AI/ML Knowledge: Working knowledge of Generative AI and how to integrate AI with automation solutions.

• Experience in APIs & Connectors: Proven experience in developing and integrating APIs, connectors, and working with third-party systems to expand automation capabilities.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience in deploying automation solutions on virtual machines (VMs) on cloud environments (AWS)

• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development, Scrum processes, and experience in working within Agile teams.

Additional Competencies:

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve critical production issues and provide L3 support.

• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and internal customers.

• Customer-Focused: A strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to support the automation initiatives impacting customer experience.
