Sr. Associate II, Warehouse & Distribution Operations

 Import & Export

• Good knowledge about Import & Export function especially in the field of medical device/Pharma industries.
• Manage import & export forwarding shipments from & to India from the rest of the world in different modes of transportation.
• Manage the custom clearance for all incoming & outgoing medical device shipments as per country compliances and ensure 100% adherence.
• Maintain & manage all documentary records for all import shipments as per data retention policy.
• Manage Special shipments such as High Sea Sales, Drop Shipment, and Shipment clearance under Bond with 100% complied document management.
• Manage documentation recording for Exim return submission to multiple internal and external stakeholders/ agencies.
• Coordination with each cross-functional team on any Exim-related logistics/Legal Metrology activi-ties.
• Coordination with company approved "Customs House Agent" (CHA) to ensure timely customs clearance of import/Export shipment.
• Management of customer complaint samples
• Warehousing and distribution of medical devices in partnership with third-party logistics (3PL)
• Monthly review meetings for 3PL and W&D Vendors for their KPI/SLA performance monitoring
• Periodic review and revision of SOPs, development of new SOPs for warehouse and distribution operations, and integration of change control measures for all process modifications.
• Maintaining 100% MIS/ database of all Incoming & outgoing operations with a way of tracking re-ports, monthly MIS, weekly MIS, cost spending.
• Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Should be competent in analytical skills and deliver analysis on the ongoing operations.
• Lead changes required with respect to legal metrology requirement
