Required Skills & Qualifications 9+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering Expert-level experience with: Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards) Terraform (Azure provider, modules, state management) Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services Proficient in Git-based version control systems Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python Strong understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps principles Experience with Linux and Windows environments Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills Key Responsibilities DevOps & CI/CD Leadership Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Establish DevOps best practices for build, release, and deployment automation Implement advanced deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, rolling deployments) Integrate pipelines with code quality, security, and artifact management tools Oversee pipeline governance, performance, and reliability Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Architect and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules and shared libraries Implement secure and scalable Terraform state management Lead infrastructure provisioning across multiple environments and subscriptions Review Terraform code for quality, security, and scalability
