Job Description

We are looking for People Operations Sr. Benefits Admin Advisor to join the People Operations Advisory Services team in Bangalore, India to support the new HR delivery model in Global setup

Key responsibilities:

You will join the People Operations Sr. Benefits Admin Advisory team with the new HR service delivery model, processes and technology. Your role as a People Operations Advisor will be to solve the HR-related queries of our employees and managers and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.

For this you will:

Employee Support & Case Management

  • Provide accurate and timely guidance to employees and managers on HR policies.
  • Maintain SLAs, ensure accurate case documentation, and deliver consistent resolutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant COEs or People Partners when needed.

Benefits Program Management

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs (Mental, Financial and physical well-being of employees)
  • Handle the annual enrolment process for all group insurance policies – GMC, GPA, GTI plans
  • Manage the addition & deletion process for new joiners and exiting associates for Insurance
  • Review weekly/monthly/quarterly claims data and ensure SLA’s are met by vendor
  • Assist associates with insurances process, enrolment, filling claims, policy queries, emergency hospitalization support
  • Manage the CD reconciliation process, share payroll inputs for top-up premium deductions, etc.
  • Administer the childcare benefits program for associates in collaboration with vendor partners
  • Oversee the car lease program, ensuring compliance with company policies and process are followed by stakeholders involved
  • Build survey questionnaire/tools for associate’s feedback related to benefits program
  • Organize in person health check-up programs in collaboration with healthcare providers
  • Manage monthly reconciliation of daycare and car lease process – Addition and Deletion
  • Validate and share monthly MIS car lease report to payroll team
  • Conduct refresher session to employees regarding Insurance, car lease, daycare, Annual health check-up, National pension scheme.
  • Maintain detailed documentation to support audits and regulatory review
  • Monitor vendor performance, resolve service issues, and support renewal processes.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration vertical
  • Passion for delivering great employee experience. Flexible to work varied hours based on business needs. Consistent deliver of KPIs and SLAs. Site and Stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of local labour law would be beneficial
  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday and workday case management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, and attention to detail
  • Drive to identify needs, investigate options, seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve issues
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be an engaged member of a virtual team
  • Academic background in HR is preferred
  • Flexible to work varied hours based on business needs.
