Position Summary
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ECP projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) and Payroll processes, configuration experience, and good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including wage types (pay components), schemas, PCRs, and Off-Cycle processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between EC and ECP.
• Perform ECP payroll run activities, monitoring, error handling, and post-payroll processes.
• Support Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation, validation rules, and alerts.
• Analyse and resolve issues related to master data, payroll results, replication, and interface errors.
• Conduct requirement gathering, functional design documentation, and testing (SIT/UAT).
• Collaborate with business users to develop end-to-end payroll solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (country-specific payroll knowledge preferred for India and GCC countries).
• Provide production support, incident management, and enhancements.
• Prepare training material and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation/support.
• Strong understanding of SAP Payroll, wage type configuration, schemas, PCRs, and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience in EC–ECP Integration via PTP, BIB, and replication monitoring.
• Experience with Employee Central Master Data and foundational objects.
• Knowledge of PCC framework and payroll monitoring tools.
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills in payroll.
• Understanding of authorization concepts, time data, and interfaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
