Roles & Responsibilities:

• Application engineering (Automotive Precision Components)
• Program / Project Management (Automotive Precision Components)
• New Product Development – Piston, Pin and Rings for Internal Combustion Engines
• Visit Customer for joint analysis of engine tested components and resolution of issues
• Deploy and improve quality management system as per IATF16949
• Analytical skills
• Failure Analysis
• Technical presentation skills
• Design FMEA
• Design and Developments of Piston, Pins and Rings for Internal Combustion Engines
• Up gradation of existing Pistons Assemblies
• Application engineering activities for important customers like M/s. Tata Cummins, M/s. Tata Motors etc.,
• Investigation / Examination reports on failed / tested parts
• Responsible for APQP / PPAP activities and supporting plants
• Responsible for Costing of new product and products with engineering changes
• Preparation of company standards
• IATF 16949 activities / documentation for the projects.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft tools like Excel, Power point and Projects

Experience: 4~6 years

Qualification: B.E Mech
