Required Skills & Experience:

• 20+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise-level solution design.
• Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, and modern Java frameworks.
• Strong experience in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices and tools integration(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Sonar and other related tools).
• Experience with CAST and vFunction for application analysis and modernization.
• Strong background in database migration, especially from Oracle ExaCC to PostgreSQL or other cloud-native databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence technical teams and business stakeholders.
