Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
Leadership experience in managing a team
Min 5
years of experience in managing quality Management in large organizations at scale
-Strong knowledge of product development and product quality processes in diverse industries
10-15 year experience in product development, manufacturing or testing in manufacturing sector or sourcing office of global retailer
Process and data oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

About the team
Amazon Private Brand Compliance & Quality Team in Bangalore (India) is looking for a smart, energetic, hard-working, and creative team player to join our team. This is an exciting and challenging position where you will be responsible for supporting Amazon’s Private Brands products development and validation.

In this role as Sr. Program Manager, Product development you will be responsible for multiple product categories. In addition, in this role, you will support and drive process improvement initiatives across Amazon

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of management experience
- Experience in operations management
- 10+ years of risk management, audit, legal, compliance, operations, or a similar discipline experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
