Role and Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transactions and meet the monthly targets
• Report monitoring trends and deviations to the management
• Make recommendations for process quality improvements
• One on one coaching of agents
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects & identify corrective measures
• Perform Training need identification
• Evaluate Customer Interactions
• Participate in internal/external calibrations

• Analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze complex data and recommend solutions.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines & work in a high-paced work environment.
• Committed to providing objective and unbiased analysis of work production.

Educational qualification: Graduation
