We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Ops Analytics Analyst to join our Bangalore-based Strategic Operations team. This role supports the VP of Strategic Operations & Chief of Staff to the CEO and partners closely with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely analytics for high-priority strategic initiatives.
As an Analyst, you will focus on execution and analysis - building reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting tracking of strategic programs that are reviewed in monthly business reviews, executive leadership meetings, and long-term planning cycles through 2026 and beyond. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level strategy and senior leadership while developing strong analytics and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Tracking & Analytics
Support tracking and measurement of company-wide strategic initiatives and key programs.
Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting views that monitor initiative progress, performance, and outcomes.
Assist in defining and updating KPIs, baselines, and milestone tracking under guidance from Strategic Ops leadership.
Business Review & Executive Reporting Support
Prepare data, analysis, and reporting materials for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and executive meetings.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting inputs.
Help translate raw data into clear summaries and insights for leadership consumption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other teams to collect data and validate inputs.
Work with initiative owners to track deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
Support cross-functional strategic workstreams through ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Data & Systems Execution
Extract and analyze data from Salesforce to support operational and strategic reporting.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and standard reporting views.
Develop, run, and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation, transformation, and recurring reports.
Follow data governance, documentation, and quality-control best practices.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, sales operations, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data extraction.
Working proficiency in Power BI, including basic data modeling and dashboard creation.
Required: Practical experience building and maintaining Alteryx workflows.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows operate smoothly and reduce manual effort.
