Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Lead with strong expertise in cybersecurity and agentic AI systems to build and scale enterprise solutions. This role requires a technical leader who can design secure, scalable AI-driven systems while collaborating with engineering teams and contributing to our technology roadmap.

Job Requirements

- 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership or senior individual contributor roles
- Strong expertise in cyber resiliency: ransomware detection and malware analysis, data exfiltration or air-gapped backup
- Experience developing and deploying AI agents for autonomous cyber security systems in production environments
- Proficiency in multiple languages from our core stack: Python, Go, Typescript, Java or .Net
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Experience building enterprise software with security and scalability requirements
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technical complexity

 

Responsibilities

 

- Build and maintain cybersecurity solutions including threat detection and hunting systems, security monitoring platforms, and automated response orchestration
- Design AI driven solutions for data protection solutions integrated with storage, Kubernetes, virtualization and application layers
- Design and develop enterprise-grade agentic AI systems with security-first principles
- Contribute to technical strategy for integrating LLM-based agents into enterprise cyber security workflows, such as threat analysis, ransomware detection, and security automation
- Lead development of complex distributed systems from design through deployment
- Mentor engineers on cyber resiliency and secure AI development practices, code quality standards, and system design patterns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, data science, security operations, and compliance to deliver technical solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies in cyber resiliency, prompt security, and AI agent governance

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
