Responsibilities include: • Issue control through written documents or through IT • Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials • Developing store strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability. • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. • Always maintain safety stocks as defined • Use IT systems to manage stock levels, optimise delivery times and transport costs by proper vehicle for subcontracting. • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with procedures • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc • Propose innovative ideas like Kanban/FIFO for smooth flow of system. • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) • Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance • Additional store duties as needed • Subcontracting and material follow-ups with vendors
