Summary:
We re seeking a hands on Tech Delivery Lead to own end to end delivery of complex, multi release programs in Procurement and/or Supply Chain. You ll be the primary client interface, accountable for scope, schedule, quality, and financials you ll establish disciplined delivery governance (TDLC/Agile/SAFe), recover distressed programs, and drive measurable outcomes (DEX, COPQ, SPI/CPI, margin) while coaching high performing teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Governance
Own program delivery end to end—from mobilization and planning through build, test, cutover, and stabilization—ensuring scope, timeline, and quality adherence.
Establish and run fit for purpose governance aligned to TDLC, Agile, or SAFe (sprint ceremonies, milestone gates, release trains), with transparent reporting and decision logs.
Re baseline plans when needed proactively manage risks/issues/RAIDs lead turnaround actions to restore program health and stakeholder confidence.
Define and enforce quality frameworks (e.g., defect leakage control, test exit criteria, audit readiness) and continuous improvement guardrails.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the single throat to choke for delivery build trust through structured communications, concise executive updates, and data driven storytelling.
Chair Steering Committees and weekly exec connects align sponsors and cross functional leaders on priorities, trade offs, and change controls.
Navigate multi vendor landscapes (OEMs, ISVs, SIs) resolve dependencies, integration points, and ownership boundaries.

Procurement / Supply Chain Domain Excellence
Lead delivery across S2P/P2P, Supplier Enablement & Risk, Contract Lifecycle, Catalogs, AP & Early Pay/Discounting or across Planning (S&OP/IBP), Order to Cash, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics/WMS/TMS.
Translate business objectives into executable epics/features validate designs against process controls (compliance, tax/regulatory, SoD) and performance SLAs.
Orchestrate supplier onboarding and change management across regions drive adoption, policy alignment, and persona based experiences.

Commercials, Contracts & Financials
Manage program financials end to end: budget, forecast accuracy, burn rate, margin, EAC identify and plug cost leakages.
Define and manage SOWs, deliverables/milestones, acceptance/exit criteria, liability constructs lead CRs and commercial resets with clarity.

People Leadership
Build and coach high performing, multi disciplinary teams set up workforce planning, readiness tracking, onboarding quality, and succession.
Foster a culture of craftsmanship: reusable assets, playbooks, knowledge bases, and operating rhythms that scale.

Risk, Compliance & Security
Proactively identify systemic risks implement preventive/corrective actions ensure InfoSec, privacy, and internal audit compliance.
Maintain strong controls on environments, data handling, and vendor access close gates only on objective evidence.

Must have
Hands on experience in System Integration (SI) Delivery: planning, design, implementation, and project management of technical solutions using Agile and/or Waterfall. Proven ability to manage critical success factors—mobilization, alignment, people, execution, and tools—to ensure successful outcomes.
10–15 years of progressive delivery experience with at least 5+ years leading client facing SI programs in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
Proven success turning around distressed programs and restoring delivery discipline, transparency, and stakeholder trust.
Deep knowledge of Agile delivery scaled frameworks (SAFe), and TDLC expert in governance, KPI design, and outcome measurement.
Strong commercial acumen: SOW structuring, milestone/acceptance management, change control, and margin stewardship.
Hands on experience with one or more platforms:
o Procurement: SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Fusion Procurement, SAP S/4HANA (MM/Ariba integration).
o Supply Chain: SAP S/4HANA (PP/SD/MM), IBP, EWM/TM Oracle SCM o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder (JDA).
Tools proficiency: Jira/Azure DevOps, Test/Defect tools, financial trackers executive grade reporting and storytelling.

Good to have
Exposure to GenAI for delivery analytics, knowledge retrieval, risk sensing, and service/help desk use cases.
AMS end to end recovery and stabilization experience.
Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe (SPC/Agilist), CSCP/SCOR P, CPSM/CIPS, SAP/Oracle platform certs.

Success Metrics
Schedule/Cost/Quality: SPI/CPI target reduced COPQ/defect leakage UAT exit on plan release predictability.
Experience: DEX improvements (NPS/eNPS), stakeholder satisfaction target zero surprise escalations.
Financials: Forecast accuracy within 5 margin uplift vs. baseline controlled EAC variance timely CR realization.
Risk & Compliance: No major audit/InfoSec non conformance proactive risk closure rate target.
Adoption: Business process adherence supplier/plant/site onboarding velocity persona experience KPIs.
