What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Automate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB.NET, Python etc. to help in Automations. Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation.
What are we looking for? •Automation Anywhere •Automation in Application Maintenance •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Ability to work well in a team •Written and verbal communication •Strong analytical skills •Microsoft ASP.NET 2-3 Years’ experience of developing Or Supporting bots using UiPath tool Understanding of RPA Life Cycle Understanding of RPA documentation (BRD, PDD, SDD, Run Book, etc.) Experience of UiPath issue Troubleshooting And /OR RPA Support Understanding of ITIL processes Provides day-to-day operational support for Automation Product Issues. Includes the Automation performance troubleshooting, access issues, profile issues and general troubleshooting/problem solving. Coordinates and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved. Knowledge of AA / Blue Prism or any other RPA tool is option but would be an added advantage Good and Hands-on in core .NET concepts and OOPs Programming. Good and Hands-on in Excel Macros. Good Written and Verbal communication Basic understanding of SQL server & scripting. Develops and maintains operating processes and procedures.
