About the Role  

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing Test Activities in Test Domains organization servicing multiple categories and different tasks. The individual would be responsible for overall planning, budgeting, growth, delivery, process efficiency and productivity for their respective work groups.

What You Will Do

• Monitoring of Project Health by publishing TOP 10 Test Metrics and take corrective action if Metrics do not meet criteria.
• Responsible for building quality Test Infrastructure & Test Farms
• Team Building & Bonding, Travel Management, CAB Requests and Budget planning
• Responsible in Organizing events to increase staff motivation and engagement
• Supplier management and bring efficiencies in Supplier deliverables
• Hardware procurement and Common Assets management
• Resource Onboarding & Induction Program
• Travel management for Senior management.
• Monitoring Budget spent & forecasting
• Locating problems in the company's supply chain through quality control checks
• Should have strong time-management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills to keep their team on track

What You Need to be Successful

• Min 9 years of experience in Automotive and 2+ years in test management
• Good to have knowledge in Test function preferably in Automotive / Embedded
• Knowledge on Testing Quality standards
• Good to have Telematics Connectivity ECU knowledge
• Good English Skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
• Has ability to quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.

What is Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s Degree / Masters’s Degree in Engineering,
• Action-oriented problem-solving
• Quick learner of System and Architecture
• PMP certification or relevant management certifications

• Fluent in commercial and technical English
• High sense of responsibility
• Attention to details and good analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
