Systems Analyst 1-IT

As System Analyst I for Oracle Health, you will manage, maintain and support IT infrastructure and solutions for clients, focusing on system performance, compliance, security and end-user & solution support. Key responsibilities include server security OS patching, solution builds & upgrades, hardware migration, system alarms monitoring and troubleshooting via enterprise tools. You will remediate vulnerabilities, resolve end-user issues, troubleshoot system & solutions issues and work on project and incidents in our support queues. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution, performance improvement, RCA review and act as the point of contact for solution support.

Career Level - IC1

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Maintaining & supporting the Day-to-day operations of the Solutions, which is heavily reliant on Unix/Linux, windows & Citrix environments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Unix/linux & windows technologies and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Health customer’s applications hosted in Linux/Windows environments.
• Perform solutions builds and upgrades & Support Hardware migrations
• Collaborate with within team and other technical teams.
• Providing on-call support for a minimal service disruption

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2+ years of system experience in Windows & Linux server administration.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux and Windows systems
• Proficient with task management utilities
• Cloud and Scripting Knowledge
• Strong written and oral communication skills
