Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by performing data validation and quality checks.

Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.

Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionalities and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of analytics capabilities.

Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and availability.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SQL and database management.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality data visualizations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
