Job Description

Are you passionate about talent acquisition and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment? Abstrabit is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to support our growing team and help us find the best talent in the AI tech space.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms and social media.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-6 months of experience or internship in recruitment/HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Only candidates who have completed their graduation and can commit to a full-day work schedule will be eligible.
