About The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Manager/ Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. The ideal candidate should be familiar with various recruitment methods and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet recruitment goals.

This is a work from office opportunity and you may be required to work outside of regular business hours. This position may require occasional travel to attend job fairs or other recruiting events.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage job postings and other recruitment advertising materials
- Source potential candidates through online channels(LinkedIn, Indeed, FB etc), job postings(Naukri, Internshala, FreshersWorld etc) and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit with the role and organisation's culture
- Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and making job offers
- Ensure that all hiring policies, procedures, and best practices are followed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners

Requirements: 
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including social media and other online recruitment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in bulk recruiting for Intern/Fresher positions
- Prior experience and connects with colleges & universities for drive campus placements
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
