Talent Acquisition Specialist


What You’ll Do:

  • Source, screen, and hire top talent across various levels
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic hiring plans
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure smooth interview coordination & offer rollouts


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong expertise in hiring junior to senior professionals
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Experience in tech or systems integration hiring (preferred)
  • Location: Bangalore (Phoenix Victoria, Victoria Road)
  • Work Hours: Monday-Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
