Job Description:

1) Overall work experience of 1-5 years with experience in supporting Recruitment & Onboarding function for an organization.

2) Should have worked to source / screen candidates for organization or on behalf of the customer

3) Schedule interviews with the clients and closing the positions.

4) Prepare and assist the client with reports related to market benchmarking.

5) Assist the client with audit reports as and when required. Along with the monthly weekly status of hiring.

6) Need to be able to communicate and understand the background around market strategies incorporated for better recruitment process.

Desired exp range: 10 - 14 Years

Job Description:

1) Overall work experience of 10+ years within HR operations with minimum 6 years of experience in handling a team of 10-20 recruiters

2) Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking

3) Preferred experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associates performance

4) Preferred experience of handling client escalations
