Roles and Responsibilities:

•Develop and Implement Pre-Sales Strategy

•Conduct Needs Analysis

•Define Pre-Sales Processes

•Set Performance Goals

•Provide Feedback and Coaching

•Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required Profile:

•Education: Any Graduate

•Experience: 4+ years (Minimum 2 years as TL in Voice Process)

•Location: Bellandur

•Working days: 6 days working with rotational shift
