Team Leader - Software
Key Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and optimize cloud hosted databases: PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, MongoDB. Perform routine database operations such as backups, restores, replication configuration, and monitoring. Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of database systems in production environments. Diagnose and resolve database performance bottlenecks, including query tuning and resource optimization. Implement database security best practices, auditing, and compliance controls. Work closely with application teams to support development, deployments, and data related troubleshooting. Perform capacity planning and recommend improvements to ensure optimal database performance. Participate in on call rotations for production support. Support migration projects, upgrades, patching, and adoption of new cloud native database features.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator DBA in cloud environments.Job role
