Credit Analyst - NBFC

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

• Underwriting and structuring the Real Estate Investment proposals (primarily for West Market) through detailed due diligence. 
• Working closely with internal & external vendors for technical and valuation and legal counsels for structuring.
• Forecast and micro-market analysis and preparing detailed proposals for presenting to the Investment committee.
• Monitoring the investments (including utilization of funds/ collections) & identifying the early signs of stress. Recommending and implementing corrective actions wherever needed.
• Designing and implementing recovery strategy for enforcement.

• Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
