Team Member - Customer Service-Product-Support-Service - Non Branch Banking

Job Description

  • Responsible to provide adequate and quick resolution to all the cases assigned for Affluent segment customers
  • Maintain the Service TAT levels by closing Service Requests within stipulated timelines
  • Maintain good Service quality levels as all transactions are monitored for quality evaluation purposes
  • Liaise up and coordinate with business stakeholders to close the cases end to end
  • Meeting Cross Sell lead generation targets for Loan disbursements  

 

 

Job Requirement:

 

  • Banking knowledge is must (Loan division knowledge is preferred) in handling service request
  • Cross Selling experience will be preferred
  • Good Communication skill (Verbal & Written)
  • Microsoft office hands-on knowledge (Excel/Powerpoint/Word etc.)
  • Graduate n above
  • Min. experience of 5 years n plus
