Team Member Legal- Wholesale banking
- Drafting, vetting documentation, advisory and negotiations of contracts, as support to business divisions like Custody, Professional Clearing Member (PCM), Fund Accounting, CSGL (Govt.Securities).
- Advisory on capacity and authority documents;
- Query resolution related to stamp acts/execution or e-execution of documents/transmission – nominee matters/constitution of clients like trust, LLP etc/notarizations etc;
- Drafting, vetting engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, service level agreements for auditors/vendor engagements & adhoc offerings / facilities to clients and for the said business units requirements;
- Conducting research and updating with new regulations/guidelines/laws;
- Co-ordination with cross functional divisions on day to day basis and external counsel for domestic as well as cross border transactions advisory for existing and new product;
- Replies to legal notices and coordinating for appointing advocates for legal matters pertaining to the concerned business unit;
- Ensuring periodical compliances/ collating data for regulatory requirements, reporting.
