5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, or software development.
Strong experience in leading distributed Agile teams in an offshore onsite model.
Proven expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Hands on experience working with API driven projects, microservices, and cloud deployments.
Strong facilitation skills to drive effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross team coordination.
Experience working with financial services, banking, or API integrations is a plus.
Certified Scrum Master CSM or SAFe certification preferred
