Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement best practices for project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement. - Experience with project management methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
