Your role will require fluid communication and a deep understanding of the business landscape, ensuring that you contribute effectively to the success of various delivery engagements.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
