Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance delivery engagements and contribute to shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, all while fostering trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in delivery practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of business process design and optimization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
