Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies. - Experience with compliance frameworks and regulations. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Familiarity with project management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
