Tech Support Engineer 3-Digital Banking Kotak 811-Regional Sales

As a Tech Support Engineer 3, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance and reliability of our digital banking infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our platform remains secure, scalable, and highly available.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our digital banking platform, including web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement improvements, ensuring the platform's stability and performance.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent disruptions.
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles to ensure efficient knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our digital banking offerings.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices to protect customer data and maintain system integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
  • Experience with mobile application development and cross-platform compatibility is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, are desirable.
