Job Title: Windows & Virtualization Specialist (L3/L4)

Work Timing: US hours (17:30PM till 02:30AM IST)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 10+ years

Role Summary:

Provide advanced technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell automation, VMware, and Hyper-V virtualization. Act as an escalation point for complex issues and lead infrastructure optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

*   L3/L4 Support: Handle escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis for Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.

*   Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Architect and deploy Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V solutions for high availability and scalability.

*   Automation & Scripting: Develop advanced PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and configuration management.

*   Active Directory Management: Oversee AD structure, Group Policies, and security hardening.

*   Performance & Capacity Planning: Optimize system performance and plan for future growth.

*   Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills:

*   Expert-level knowledge of 'Windows Server', 'Active Directory', and 'PowerShell scripting'.

*   Strong experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Microsoft Hyper-V.

*   Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues independently.

*   Familiarity with networking fundamentals and security compliance.

Preferred:

*   Certifications: MCSE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Certified: Virtualization.

*   Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

*   Linux Working experience will be added advantages.
