What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates team’s ability to provide seamless delivery and excellent service to customers/stakeholders.  Own the attainment of the Total Customer Experience measures and promote a strong customer service culture.

  • Leads and manages the customers project delivery

  • Cascade key information and business metrics to Teams on a regular basis

  • Continuously engage with regional stakeholders through regular meetings

  • Engage with internal stakeholders as and when need arises to handle any project related issues

  • Partner with Strategic Skills and Enablement Team to ensure team has working knowledge and take advantage of the various learning opportunities

  • Responsible for consistently meeting the projects/tasks level metrics

  • Partner with internal teams to assist in new program or any change implementation

  • Collaborate with internal teams/peers/region to innovate, create, develop the new services

  • Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project

What you need to bring:

  • Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.

  • Ability to identify and draw on leading-edge analytical tools and techniques to develop creative approaches and new insights to client issues.
