Position Details

 Role Overview: The QA Automation Engineer with AI will lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing frameworks, integrating AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance software quality. This role requires deep expertise in automation, AI technologies, and quality assurance best practices. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and intelligent test solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation frameworks using AI-powered tools and techniques.
• Integrate AI/ML models for test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test execution.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to define test strategies and ensure seamless CI/CD integration.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using AI-driven analytics.
• Lead the adoption of AI-based testing tools and mentor junior team members on best practices.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness using AI and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues, report defects, and track resolutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI and automation, recommending innovative solutions for quality improvement.
• Document test processes, frameworks, and AI integration strategies for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in QA automation, with proven expertise in AI/ML integration.
• Strong proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and their application in testing.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams, driving innovation in QA automation.
