Technical Leader - Intelligent Infrastructure Services
Strong hands on experience in Java/J2SE, J2EE, and application debugging.Proven experience working with WAS WebSphere Application Server including configuration, deployments, and tuning.Solid knowledge of API technologies REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.Expertise in monitoring tools especially Dynatrace for performance and root cause analysis.Advanced log analysis skills using Splunk queries, dashboards, alerts.Experience using ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.Strong understanding of distributed systems, Linux commands, system resource monitoring, and networking basics.Ability to handle high priority incident bridges and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.Experience leading offshore teams and coordinating with onshore teamsJob role
