Technical M365 Trainer


We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Trainer for M365 and Modern Work Applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 applications and a passion for teaching and empowering others. This role involves designing and delivering training programs to help our clients and internal teams maximize their productivity and collaboration using M365 tools. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and conduct training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS-Intune and other productivity tools. 
  • Design and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation. 
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees, helping them to understand and effectively use M365 applications. 
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback and make necessary improvements. 
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and modern work applications and incorporate new knowledge into training programs. 
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and productivity standards. 


Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Microsoft 365 are highly desirable. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 applications or as System administrator with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role. 
  •  Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate/ Endpoint administrator, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or similar. 


Skillset 

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, MS-Intune, and other productivity tools.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and technical backgrounds. 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
