Technical Program Manager - Manager

Lead Agile delivery for RPA and Automation projects, enabling high-performance teams and driving Agile practices.

•Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.•Ensure backlog refinement and sprint readiness with Product Owner.•Support definition of Sprint Goals and breakdown of epics into user stories.•Promote cross-functional collaboration across development, QA, design, and product teams. 
Use JIRA, Confluence for sprint tracking and reporting.•Champion Agile metrics for retrospectives and delivery improvements.•Facilitate dependency mapping, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.•Remove impediments at team and organizational levels.•Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.•Guide Agile transformation and scaling initiatives.•Foster a psychologically safe environment.


•Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.•Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics.•Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure sprint commitments.•Proven coaching capability for Agile maturity.•JIRA Automation expertise preferred.•Knowledge of SAFe, PI planning, ART coordination.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent collaboration and communication skills.•Experience with distributed/hybrid teams.•Willingness to learn new technologies.•Bachelors in CS, IT, or related field.•Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred.
