Qualifications:

• Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and hiring process
• Technical Recruiting experience into contract staffing .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates
• Ability to work independently .
• Self-starter, highly motivated and goal-oriented individual

Relevant Skills and Qualifications that would be beneficial for the candidate to possess include:

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting software
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
• Phenomenal organizational and time management skills
• Experience recruiting within industries such as Information Technology

Exp: 2-4 Yrs. ( Contract staffing /C2H hiring for client experience is must )

Location :Bangalore (BTM 2nd stage)

Work from office (5 days in a week)
