Technical Specialist (EMS)

About You: 

• 4+ Years of experience on entire Microsoft EMS suite deployment
• Microsoft Certification on MS – 100 & MS – 101 will be preferred & expected.
• Knowledge and hands on experience on Azure AD features like application proxy, MFA, SSO, SSPR.
• Knowledge and hands on experience on security features of EMS and Azure AD like AIP, cloud app security.
• Deep Knowledge and hands on experience on Azure AD join/Hybrid Azure AD/Windows Autopilot and conditional access policies for Windows 10.
• Understand and implement new security features of Azure AD, Intune, ATA, MCAS and MDATP.
• Should have consulting knowledge on Azure AD, Intune, ATA, MCAS and MDATP features.
• Provide information and carry impact analysis of Azure AD and Intune features - AIP, ATP, Risk events, Cloud app security, Application Proxy.
• Knowledge and hands on experience on Windows 10 Ent features.
• Knowledge and hands on experience on Co-management.
• Good verbal & written communication skill.
• The role, responsibilities and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company’s rapid growth

What you ‘ll do:

• Mobile device management through Intune
• Candidate must have the ability to work in a variety of environments, have excellent follow-up skills, provide detailed documentation, and be able to work effectively and independently
• Work with other consultants and sales team members to design and execute the technical implementation of Enterprise Mobility Security solutions based on client requirements and design specifications
• Work with EMS Customers to assess their environment, network and software to identify the actions needed for a smooth and quick Onboarding of Intune (Standalone and Hybrid) and / or Azure AD Premium features
• Executing on AAD/O365/ EMS cloud security engagements during different phases of the lifecycle – assess, design, and implementation & post implementation reviews.
• Deployment and administration of Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune, Mobile application management, Configuration manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional access policies, etc.) & EM+S (Office 365 Security, AZURE
• Identity Management, AZURE AD Premium features; Privilege identity management, entitlements, access reviews,
• Azure Information Protection/RMS, Advanced Threat Analytics/Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security.)
• Co-ordinate with customers for better understanding of requirements and issues & support.
• Adhere to processes, policies and procedures laid down by the organization with respect to Service Delivery / Project Delivery.
• Enhance service levels to build customer trust & satisfaction & attain high level of CSAT.
• Adhere to project timelines & SoW and complete/support the project with high level of customer satisfaction.
