Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
As a Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for technology initiatives at each client account. Your typical day involves integrating technology contracts and engagements, collaborating with various teams to leverage technology offerings, and developing comprehensive account plans to maximize opportunities and enhance client relationships. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive the success of technology projects, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align on technology strategies.
- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their understanding of technology account management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Experience with embedded software development and debugging.
- Familiarity with hardware-software integration processes.
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems and their applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
