- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
