Summary:
The Technology Consulting Practitioner will lead SAP Sales & Distribution initiatives with a specialization in S/4HANA Condition Contract Management (CCM), enabling accurate settlement, rebates, and incentive management within S/4HANA environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
o Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SD and Condition Contract Management (CCM).
o Lead and manage delivery teams with full ownership of outcomes.
o Own functional and technical decisions related to pricing, rebates, and settlement.
o Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on CCM-driven initiatives.
o Design scalable CCM solutions for customer and supplier incentive programs.
o Drive best practices, standards, and knowledge sharing.
o Mentor junior consultants and support capability building.

Professional & Technical Skills:
o Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
o In-depth experience in Condition Contract Management (CCM), including Settlement Management, Rebate processing, Business Volume Determination (BVD), Commission handling for Sales (SD), etc.
o Strong functional knowledge of S/4HANA Settlement Management replacing legacy SD Rebate Agreements.
o Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes for customer and supplier incentives.
o Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, integration, and enhancements.
o Proven experience in greenfield and/or brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly.
o Familiarity with SAP reporting and analytics.
