Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of large and intricate technology projects, ensuring that they align with the established frameworks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project scope and risks effectively. You will also focus on driving profitability by maintaining high service quality and managing costs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales initiatives through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery, ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Strong experience in Controlling Area configuration and support, Product costing, COPA Hands-on exposure to AMS projects, Ability to independently handle P1 and P2 incidents and month end and year end activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track and within budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights. - Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
