Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles. - Experience in developing course materials and assessments. - Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops. - Familiarity with the latest trends in technology and their applications in the industry. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
