Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology talent remains relevant in the market by facilitating upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training in various technology domains, engaging with learners to enhance their professional development, and contributing to the development of course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment questions and certification materials, ensuring that the training provided is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and competency of technology professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and implement engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Experience in developing training materials and assessments tailored to various learning styles. - Ability to utilize technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
