Summary: As a Technology Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues. - Develop and maintain automation scripts for system integration. - Assist in the implementation of automation solutions. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and efficiency. - The person should be able to design and perform upgrades to the platform-The person should have good integration experience with other tools like SNOW , - Understand integration requirements and perform integrations to execute the flows - The person should understand the web service calls, etc., for communication of the workflows - The person should develop scripts in Powershell or Shell or Perl or python -. The Automation specialist needs to understand the operational requirements and convert them into automation through workflows/scripts. The automation specialist needs to work with various operations towers like Unix, Messaging, Security, windows, etc., get the requirements, and convert them into scripts/automation - Shoud also update the existing documentation to suit the current situation of the assets and modify the documentation if any new enhancements are made. - The automation specialist should support these tools, scripts, and automation by following proper client service management policies and practices. - Willing to work 24/7 with onshore and offshore rotating shifts. - Must demonstrate flexibility with clients and meet demanding deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere, Automation Advisory, Automation in Systems Integration. - Strong understanding of process automation and workflow design. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. - Scripting or programming experience in any of type : Perl/CGI, Python, Shell, VBScript/Javascript -. Competent with Linux, Unix and Windows operating systems commands, performance and debugging. -. Scripting proficiency in both Windows and UNIX environments. - Knowledge about applications like SQL/Oracle, IIS, MySQL, will be an advantage.- . Experience working in large, complex, enterprise datacenter environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Automation Anywhere. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
