Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to support various projects or products. This role includes deploying automation pipelines that streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position requires continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain and enhance the platform infrastructure, enabling smooth project execution and delivery within dynamic and evolving technological landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in environment setup and automation to improve reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to deploy and manage environments.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and reliability.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
